This does look like a photo of an Honor board

"Mr T. Cole, whose resignation as secretary has been accepted, reported that the committee had decided to install an honour board in memory of Mr Frank Killingsworth, who died last year, with an honour roll of the club's best and fairest players each year. The first to be inscribed is that of Jim Cleary, who won the award last season. A life membership was awarded to Mr F. Farnham for long service to the club. Presentation of other awards were made."
